Global Pavilion
Global Pavilion Ltd.

Global Pavilion Ltd (GPL provides technical and non-technical products and services for local organizations such as schools, churches, booster clubs, homeowner associations and country clubs to provide these products and services for their members, while achieving 5% rebate to support the organizationís fund raising programs.

Additionally, for each participating member there is a Rewards program where the individual homeowner will receive one point for each dollar spent on a Pavilion product and service during a 12-month period, to be utilized for Pavilion and other products and services provided in the following year.

Whereas most fund raising programs for these organizations are one-time per year events such as car washes and pizza sales, Global Pavilion will provide multiple programs during a 12-month season where various products and services normally utilized by a homeowner member can be purchased by a member of one of these organizations, and that organization will receive a monthly rebate check from Global Pavilion for all the products and services purchased by its members.

The concept is similar to that of a co-op, where the purchase power of many entities is combined under the Global Pavilion program to provide lower cost products and services to the members of the co-op, and Global Pavilion will be responsible for setting up the skilled tradesmen to bid on the project for all the members of the local organization. Each tradesman will have standards and metrics of performance, so that customer satisfaction is assured, and GPL will hire and fire to assure that the proper quality is received.

Global Pavilion Standards & Metrics
All tradesmen will be screened for quality by Global Pavilion, and be required to have adequate liability insurance and workmanís compensation for all employees. GPL will establish standards and metrics of performance for all tradesmen, and ongoing evaluation and appraisal of the work will be provided by GPL.

A binding agreement between Global Pavilion and the tradesman will consist of the standards and metrics expected, along with a corresponding pricing structure whenever possible. Customized work will require price quotes from at least two tradesmen.

Additional products and services will be added as required by participants.

Payments
All payments to tradesmen will be made by Global Pavilion following the completion and acceptance of the work by the participating member. Global Pavilion may require an initial down payment or credit card payment of all or part of the products or services as determined in the GPL product and service guide.
